So back in August I teamed up with Cabinet Jewellery on a collaboration shoot with a great team of creatives! I’ve curated some of the final images mixed in with some behind the scenes shots to create a post and show you some of my favourite pieces and images from the collection.
Now I’m a big supporter of Cabinet already because prior to this I had worked with the Cabinet Jewellery team on a studio shoot and fell in love with every single piece I had tried on! I’ve always been a silver girl and my collection is pretty big, I do really enjoy buying, wearing and discovering new pieces but since knowing Cabinet I’m now fully converted to gold and my Cabinet collection is becoming bigger by the pay packet. I feel it’s much nicer for my skin tone and I just love the over all more expensive look and feel it can give to any outfit.
I really do believe in them as a brand as I’m all for what there all about, everything is designed by Gemma, all unique, hand made pieces that you know are the best possible quality. I’m going to be doing a separate post showing you my ultimate ear stack combinations and showcasing some of my favourite pieces from the website also including my own bits that I’ve collected over the last year.

I just want to add below a piece from Cabinets website just explaining a little about them selfs as a company/brand. I felt they described them selfs in such a way I just couldn’t do it any better.
Our internationally acclaimed jewellery continually evolves each season… we march to our own beat exploring new materials and textures. For Cabinet’s founder Gemma Critchley, the brand was a natural evolution of her lifelong affinity for collecting. Spending much of her childhood in the West Indies where her parents lived for nearly 20 years, she grew fascinated with the continually changing life and colour both above and below the surface of the crystal clear ocean. “There are so many things unearthed in a Nor’wester storm that may not be solid gold, but I would certainly call treasures,” Critchley says. “I named the brand after the curiosity-filled cabinets that I began to fill and the new ones I would come across while scouring antique shops, flea markets, and reclamation yards. Our name represents our continuous quest for evolution and reinvention, and our love for all the wonderful things that have already stood the test of time.” Featuring in numerous publications, including Vogue, Tatler and Elle and creating exclusive collections for companies such as Swarovski, Paul Smith and Anthropologie and HP France, Cabinet continue to develop exciting original pieces which reflect cultural inspirations and echo its clients’ unique style.
Cabinet’s Devon studio encapsulates the brand, filled with a curated wonderland of collected objects that helped inspire new collections, tactile mood boards and natural textures from which they carefully extract the fine details that are the key foundations to a collection. We take pride in the skilled trade’s people we work with, producing all of our gold and silversmith work in the UK, ensuring quality craftsmanship and execution of our designs.

It was so great to have so many creative women teaming up, all offering something different to the table; from hair stylists to MUA’s, photographers, models, assistants and not to forget the amazing Gemma the creator and designer behind Cabinet Jewellery.

Gemma wanted to create images that would show of her beautiful versatile bridal collection. If you continue reading I’d love to introduce you to some of the creatives involved on this shoot.

Gemma had sourced some really stunning vintage bridal gowns from a bridal business local to Exeter, Lovely Bridal Ltd Devon here’s a little bit about them below in their own words.
Lovely was born (as many great ideas are!) over a bottle of fizz with friends.  Imagining our dream bridal shop, we came up with a completely fun and relaxed shopping experience, filled with funky styling, and which of course offered a totally rocking collection of bridal designers for all women.
Well, happily many more bottles of fizz have been enjoyed since, but the key vision which we came up with on that summer evening still continues to inspire everything we do at Lovely today, as does the importance of sharing fun, fab shopping experiences with the amazing women in your life! We’re just so lucky at Lovely to work with the most fantastic suppliers, many of whom are coming to the southwest peninsula for the first time with Lovely. We just love that from our intimate Devon boutique our beautiful brides can choose their gown and accessories from some of the highest profile and coolest bridal designers from the UK, Europe and US.
So whether you’re a barefoot bohemian babe, a classic romantic beauty, or a cool fashion-forward goddess, we can’t wait to meet you and to help you realise your unique bridal look!

I’ve witnessed first hand with being lucky enough to wear two of the dresses on the shoot they truly are beautiful gowns, the quality and design really is amazing and it was definitely a nice opportunity for me to see what I’d be drawn to for when I get married, one day!

The flowers where extremely beautiful, so much detail, texture and colour but still so sophisticated subtle. Definitely a style I’d say I’m more drawn to! The lovely Trug’s Floral Designers have been creating floral designs for the last 25 years and are also local to Exeter you can find them on South Street.

They create high quality, unique, out-of-the-ordinary floral designs for all required events for anything from; weddings, one of designs, photo shoots and events. They strive to only stock the highest quality flowers, ranging from exquisite English roses to vividly coloured tropical flowers from as far afield as South America.

You can find them online here

Last but definitely not least, was the hair. It’s very close to home for me as being a member of their team since opening in 2012 by Steven Bishop and Laurent Merveilleux. Two established London stylists who had moved to Bideford to offer Devon customers a friendly independent creative outlet and also not going any where else for my hair treatments, I was very happy to also be working with them on this shoot. It was all created by the super lovely Chloe Green one of their senior stylist at S&L. Steven & Laurent Hairdressers are a very unique London style salon, with some gorgeous interior inspo and seven amazing stylist all specializing in different aspects of hair and not to forget to mention the warm welcome you receive upon arrival by the front of house team, offering you a menu of refreshments from hot to cold, alcoholic cocktails, beer and prosecco. Definitely pop in to say hi if your in the area.

It was a absolute pleasure as always working the Cabinet Jewellery team I’m always grateful to be considered and we all worked so well as a team to pull together some really great content, so here’s a little celebratory jig to all the women on the team doing their thing and showing we all CAN!
